rye and linseed bread
makes one loaf in the breadmaker

200 ml cold tap water
1 cup linseeds, soaked in excess (150% amt linseeds) water until it is absorbed
360 g rye breadmaking flour
3 tsp wheat gluten (optional)
1 tbsp soymilk powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1.5 tsp dried yeast

place all ingredients in breadmaker in the order stated. set to "small wholemeal" or equivalent setting. bake! when finished, keep upright as it cools.
