lemon cake 1 1/2 cups flour preheat oven to 180 degrees C. in a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder and salt. add the sugar, soymilk, lemon extract, lemon zest, oil and egg replacer and mix until just mixed. pour into a lightly oiled cake tin/s and bake for 25-30 minutes. test with a skewer and give it more time if it needs. cool on a wire rack and eat! yum! |
